Responsibilities
- Support active sourcing and market mapping of technology professionals through platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and assist with interview scheduling.
- Support candidate screening processes and standardize resumes.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines within recruitment systems.
- Develop recruitment expertise by participating in interviews and learning how to evaluate technical and cultural alignment.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve processes and deliver a positive candidate experience.
