Requirements
- High school diploma required; additional education in data analysis or related field is an asset.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or cataloging.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis techniques.
- Ability to perform data cleaning, preparation, and validation tasks.
- Strong attention to detail for identifying inconsistencies in large datasets.
- Critical thinking skills to analyze problems and determine solutions.
- Ability to work with changing priorities and data complexity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with automotive parts terminology and standards (ACES/PIES) is an advantage.
- Experience with database management platforms or ticketing systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming requests and determine methodologies for task completion.
- Analyze and process data using Excel and internal software tools.
- Clean, standardize, and maintain automotive parts data for accuracy.
- Validate completed work to ensure data quality standards.
- Update databases using proprietary platforms.
