Requirements
- Proven background in large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong Business Analysis expertise.
- Experience in banking, ideally within payments and/or cards.
- Ability to break down requirements into small, deliverable user stories.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with Agile delivery (Kanban, Sprints).
- Basic SQL knowledge (ability to run and create scripts).
- Comfortable working closely with Programme Managers and Scrum Masters.
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
Responsibilities
- Map, analyse, and improve client journeys and business processes.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
- Drive requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Partner with technology teams, solution architects, and Scrum teams to deliver iterative releases.
- Support data migration, system transitions, and regulatory alignment.
- Ensure alignment with the wider programme strategy and delivery roadmap.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
