Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
- Proficiency in BPMN and UML for process mapping.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Confluence.
- Skilled in using AI tools such as Copilot or Cursor.
- Strong understanding of API architecture and microservices.
- Experience creating documentation and defining complex business rules.
- Ability to work effectively with technical development teams.
- Very good command of English (C1 level).
- Intermediate (B2) knowledge of Polish.
- Prior experience in tax, financial, or regulatory projects (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Conduct business and system analysis of new functionalities.
- Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation.
- Model business processes using standard notation.
- Collaborate with .NET and React development teams on API design and module integration.
- Participate in refinements, workshops, and work planning sessions.
- Utilize AI tools to automate documentation and analysis tasks.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and work progress.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders in English.
