Job Details

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a consulting or outsourcing environment.
Proven ability to work in exploratory or R&D contexts.
Strong BPMN process modeling skills for as-is/to-be analysis.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for requirements management and backlog ownership.
Solid documentation skills: BRDs, user stories with acceptance criteria, and use cases.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative delivery cycles.
Hypothesis-driven mindset capable of operating with incomplete information.
Technical literacy to read architecture and integration diagrams.
Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate complex client relationships.
Business acumen to understand the underlying drivers behind requirements.
Fluent English with clear communication skills in business and technical contexts.

Conduct deep discovery work including mapping as-is processes, facilitating workshops, and building to-be models using BPMN.
Produce solid, structured documentation including BRDs, user stories with acceptance criteria, use cases, and process diagrams.
Manage the product backlog in Azure DevOps by creating, refining, and prioritizing requirements.
Frame ambiguous problems using hypothesis-driven techniques and MoSCoW scoping to bring structure to evolving requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to surface unstated needs through sharp questioning.
Interpret architecture and integration diagrams to translate technical constraints into business language.
Drive scope control diplomatically to align stakeholders around core priorities.
Leverage AI tools in day-to-day work to enhance productivity and documentation quality.
