Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Deep understanding of investment products, portfolios, asset classes (CMLs, RMLs, private securities) and their data structures.
- Experience with financial systems, trading platforms, and portfolio management tools, particularly PAM and Aladdin.
- Strong understanding of technology stacks used in investment management, operations, and accounting.
- Proficiency in SQL and JSON.
- Good understanding of Python, cloud concepts, and services (Azure preferred).
- Knowledge of system design principles, best practices, and Agile processes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and navigate projects with high levels of uncertainty.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data synchronization and reconciliation across various asset types.
- Define synchronization and reconciliation requirements, including scope, schedules, datasets, filters, data elements, and business rules.
- Perform gap analysis to identify missing data elements and inconsistencies in existing solutions.
- Analyze business processes and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and technical specifications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions meet business and technical objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements, data mappings, and reconciliation logic.
