Requirements
- Fluency in English (C1) and Polish (C2) (written and spoken).
- Excellent analytical capabilities.
- Ability to design logical flows or system requirements independently.
- High level of independence and proactivity.
- Assertiveness required to maintain system consistency while collaborating with UX and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Shape the evolution and functional logic of internal panels and systems used daily by global business teams.
- Analyze current tools, interfaces, and data trends to identify development needs, friction points, and bottlenecks.
- Translate internal business requests into clear, structured technical specifications and requirements for development teams.
- Evaluate feature suggestions from international colleagues, assessing their true business value, usability impact, and implementation feasibility.
- Validate newly developed system functionalities and interface changes from a user perspective before a global rollout.
- Collaborate closely with HQ product development, UX researchers, and IT teams to turn user needs into reality.
- Act as the business representative of the internal user, making final decisions on interface consistency and assessing requests against corporate standards.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor internal application usage and proactively propose layout, metrics, or logic optimizations.
