Requirements
- AI-native workflow proficiency (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).
- Deep technical expertise in at least one of the company's tech stacks: PHP/Laravel, TypeScript, or React/React Native.
- Proven experience operating at a lead level, making architectural decisions and taking ownership of project outcomes.
- Strong product-engineering mindset, capable of working effectively with PMs and designers.
- Demonstrated ability to document technical decisions and iterate based on data.
- Experience working in a shared codebase with peer collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize work based on business impact and metric movement.
- Commitment to maintaining high quality standards for production code.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy for initiatives, including architecture, data modeling, and rollout plans.
- Manage implementation quality by refining prompts, guardrails, and automated evaluation loops for AI agents.
- Partner cross-functionally with PMs and designers to define scope and user experience.
- Ensure production-ready code by enforcing standards for performance, security, and observability.
- Own specific product metrics and present post-launch results to evaluate success.
- Contribute to team growth by creating reusable artifacts like agent workflows and technical documentation.
