Requirements
- AI-native workflow expertise with daily production experience using Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Proven experience operating at a lead or staff level, taking ownership of complex technical challenges.
- Strong product-engineering mindset with a focus on metrics and user experience.
- Ability to partner effectively with product managers and designers.
- Proficiency in either backend (PHP/Laravel) or frontend (TypeScript/React/React Native) stacks.
- Strong communication skills for documenting technical decisions and collaborating in a shared codebase.
- Experience ensuring production-level code quality, security, and performance.
- Accountable, data-driven approach to solving product problems and verifying outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy, including architecture, data modeling, integration, and rollout planning for product initiatives.
- Manage implementation quality by overseeing AI agent prompts, guardrails, evaluations, and testing workflows.
- Partner daily with product managers and designers to define scope, tradeoffs, and UX decisions.
- Take ownership of initiative outcomes, including post-launch performance reviews and metric analysis.
- Maintain high standards for security, performance, and observability in a shared production codebase.
- Document architectural decisions and contribute to reusable processes like runbooks and agent workflows.
