Requirements
- Deep skill in at least one of the company's tech stacks.
- Credible production experience using AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).
- Proven track record of operating at a lead or staff level.
- Outcome-driven mindset with experience measuring success via product metrics.
- Strong communication and horizontal partnership skills with PMs, designers, and engineering peers.
- Experience making and documenting architecture, data model, and rollout decisions.
- Ability to work in a shared codebase and maintain a high quality bar for production.
- Experience shipping end-to-end features in a live marketplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Define technical approaches including architecture, data models, and rollout plans.
- Manage implementation quality through prompts, guardrails, and evaluation loops for AI-authored code.
- Partner cross-functionally with PMs and designers on product scope and UX decisions.
- Own initiative outcomes and present post-launch metric results.
- Maintain a high bar for production correctness, performance, and security.
- Create and document reusable agent workflows, runbooks, and evaluation tools.
