Requirements
- Deep proficiency with AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex for production work.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at a lead level, making high-impact decisions.
- Strong focus on outcomes, performance metrics, and customer experience.
- Collaborative experience working alongside product managers and designers.
- Ability to write and document architectural and data-model decisions clearly.
- Strong skills in PHP/Laravel (Backend).
- Strong skills in TypeScript/React/React Native (Frontend).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and monitoring tools like AWS, Datadog, or Sentry.
- Experience with data tools such as Redshift, dbt, or Airflow.
- Strong communication and judgment regarding when to use AI vs hand-written code.
Responsibilities
- Shape technical approach including architecture, data models, and rollout strategies.
- Manage implementation quality by directing AI agents, creating prompts, and establishing guardrails.
- Partner cross-functionally with PMs and designers to influence product direction.
- Own initiative outcomes and present performance results 2-4 weeks post-launch.
- Maintain production correctness, security, performance, and observability standards.
- Build and share reusable artifacts like runbooks, evals, and agent workflows.
