Requirements
- Threat Intelligence or Threat hunting background.
- In-depth knowledge of the cyber threat landscape, including actors and TTPs.
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in large datasets.
- Programming skills in Python.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL, noSQL).
- Strong knowledge of YARA to track new malware families and validation best practices.
- Proficiency in MITRE ATT&CK, CISA KEV, EPSS, AMITT, and MISP Galaxy.
- Knowledge of malware analysis tools and techniques (static/dynamic analysis, sandboxing, debugging).
- Technical writing and content development skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive external threat research by triaging and evaluating findings from OSINT, dark web forums, and leak sites.
- Synthesize raw data into high-level threat briefings and risk assessments for senior stakeholders.
- Curate and expand internal Knowledge Base and IOC collections.
- Monitor adversary tradecraft and TTPs to identify shifts in recruitment, targeting, and operations.
- Map threat actor footprints by pivoting through domain registrations, SSL certificates, and passive DNS.
- Collaborate with Detection Engineering to convert validated OSINT findings into durable hunting logic.
- Develop and automate OSINT tooling including scrapers, monitors, and visualization tools.
