Requirements
- Multiple years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics roles.
- Strong commercial analytics experience within a SaaS business.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Go-to-Market organisations, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Expert-level Tableau development.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience working in Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting and commercial data models.
- Experience delivering executive reporting for sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, renewals, churn, and expansion.
- Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and translating business questions into analytical solutions.
- Ability to independently own projects from initial requirements through to successful delivery.
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- English C1 language proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex Business Intelligence projects from discovery through delivery with minimal supervision.
- Design, build, and optimise dashboards used by senior leadership and Revenue Operations.
- Develop and maintain high-quality SQL models within Snowflake.
- Work closely with Revenue Operations to deliver reporting across pipeline, bookings, ARR, CARR, churn, expansion, forecasting, and sales performance.
- Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into Shiftmove's GTM reporting ecosystem.
- Partner with Salesforce administrators and business stakeholders to ensure reporting accurately reflects commercial processes.
- Validate business rules, investigate data discrepancies, and maintain trusted reporting.
- Document data models, business logic, and reporting standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and self-service capabilities.
