Requirements
- Near-native English fluency (written and spoken).
- Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours.
- Residency in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.
- Confidence making outbound phone calls and sending text messages.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to learn and navigate CRM or proprietary software systems.
- Ability to meet strict daily and weekly review quotas.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant (VA), remote reviewer, or in a QA role is a plus.
- Familiarity with document verification or KYC-style review processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review seller-submitted documents, including vehicle titles and registration records, for authenticity and accuracy.
- Evaluate vehicle condition photos for quality and flag submissions that do not meet listing standards.
- Verify vehicle trim levels and mileage against submitted information, resolving discrepancies with precision.
- Confirm seller intent and willingness to sell to ensure high-quality listings.
- Contact sellers by phone and text to clarify details and request missing information.
- Flag quality issues to the Listing Team with clear, well-documented notes.
- Maintain accurate records within the company's proprietary CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly review quotas and turnaround time targets.
