Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, and Digital Agency Operations.
- Experience in Shopify or eCommerce environments.
- Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery workflows.
- Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using project management platforms such as Asana.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Experience with Asana, Slack, Notion, Figma, Loom, and AI productivity tools like Claude (highly preferred).
- Experience working with CRO, SEO, and email marketing teams (preferred).
- Familiarity with Shopify design and development workflows (preferred).
- Knowledge of agile delivery processes (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify and eCommerce projects including builds, CRO initiatives, SEO retainers, and support engagements.
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, documentation, and delivery quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients via Loom, email, and meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between development, design, SEO, and email teams.
- Facilitate weekly delivery meetings, project reviews, and provide team mentorship.
- Improve SOPs, workflows, internal documentation, and operational efficiency.
- Review project changes, manage budgets, and assist with scoping and proposal preparation.
