Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in QA (manual + automation).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, test strategies, and failure modes in complex SaaS systems.
- Hands-on proficiency with UI automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Proven experience with API testing and automation.
- Demonstrated practical use of AI in QA, including autonomous testing and intelligent test orchestration.
- Ability to articulate how AI systems decide and prioritize testing activities.
- Strong technical foundation in system design and feedback loop architecture.
- Strongly preferred: Experience designing QA frameworks or platforms.
- Strongly preferred: Experience integrating QA into CI/CD pipelines.
- Strongly preferred: Background in healthcare or regulated systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and build autonomous, AI-driven QA systems that explore UI, APIs, and workflows without pre-defined scripts.
- Integrate QA agents with development agents to provide real-time, actionable feedback loops.
- Validate full-stack quality across web UI, backend services, and data integrity for end-to-end user journeys.
- Develop systems for intelligent defect discovery, verification, and performance risk identification.
- Build continuous, always-on QA engines that adapt to product evolution and increase coverage automatically.
- Define release readiness and act as a gatekeeper by blocking releases with evidence of insufficient quality.
