Requirements

  • Proven success in client engagement and lead conversion.
  • Strong communication skills in English (C1 level minimum).
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on driving results.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify and address client needs.
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong time management skills.
  • Collaborative team player capable of working with marketing and sales teams.
  • Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the US insurance industry.

Responsibilities

  • Handle both outbound and inbound customer calls.
  • Set appointments between brokerages and the sales team.
  • Promote products and services, including upcoming webinars.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by understanding and addressing brokerage needs.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships while qualifying leads.
  • Successfully convert leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles in the CRM system.
