Requirements

- Proven success in client engagement and lead conversion.
- Strong communication skills in English (C1 level minimum).
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on driving results.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify and address client needs.
- Ability to work autonomously with strong time management skills.
- Collaborative team player capable of working with marketing and sales teams.
- Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the US insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Handle both outbound and inbound customer calls.
- Set appointments between brokerages and the sales team.
- Promote products and services, including upcoming webinars.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by understanding and addressing brokerage needs.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships while qualifying leads.
- Successfully convert leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles in the CRM system.
