Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience leading or managing analytics, BI, or data teams.
- Strong client and stakeholder management experience.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms.
- Experience with data mapping, data modeling, and analytics solution design.
- Proficiency with Power BI (including data modeling and semantic layer design).
- Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Experience with ETL / data preparation tools such as Alteryx.
- Experience working with Databricks or modern data platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical and analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to BI analysts and account team resources.
- Establish best practices, standards, and repeatable processes for BI development and delivery.
- Serve as a senior analytics partner to Client and the account team, managing key relationships and expectations.
- Lead BI platform initiatives to enhance the delivery of insights.
- Develop and maintain analytics roadmaps with Client and the account team.
- Manage and maintain intake and backlog processes, data dictionaries, report inventories, and development workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement in data automation, standardization, and quality.
