Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years of engineering, construction, telecommunications, or infrastructure project experience.
Demonstrated experience leading complex projects through the full project lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of construction management principles, engineering practices, and project controls.
Experience managing external engineering firms, contractors, and construction vendors.
Working knowledge of OSP engineering standards and telecommunications network deployment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Project.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification (preferred).
Familiarity with digital construction platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud or Procore (preferred).

Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and solution architects for large-scale telecommunications and infrastructure projects.
Develop solutions involving network architecture, civil engineering, site development, outside plant (OSP) infrastructure, and electrical/power systems.
Create comprehensive scopes of work, engineering designs, construction drawings, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
Ensure project delivery meets safety, quality, and regulatory requirements and aligns with company standards.
Oversee route planning, fiber assignments, network capacity requirements, and infrastructure acceptance activities.
