Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing, implementing, or managing digital solutions.
- Must exhibit proficiency in JavaScript development.
- Development experience with HTML and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with digital analytics solutions (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Optimizely, Tealeaf).
- Expert knowledge of browser developer tools to test scripts and diagnose issues.
- Familiarity with the page load lifecycle and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong project and time management skills to juggle multiple client needs.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, changing environment.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical implementation, onboarding, and adoption for a portfolio of clients.
- Understand client objectives to define implementation plans and configure the platform.
- Develop custom JavaScript functions to capture data analytics.
- Configure alerts, dashboards, and reports to monitor digital platform performance.
- Equip stakeholders with capabilities to execute digital strategy.
- Guide clients to define meaningful requirements and create solutions for their goals.
