Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Experience in Asset Management, Financial Services, or a related regulated environment strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of owning enterprise-wide financial planning cycles, KPI frameworks, and board-level reporting.
  • Experience operating within a multi-entity or group corporate structure.
  • Exceptional financial modelling skills, including the ability to build and audit complex, dynamic models from scratch.
  • Ability to synthesize complex datasets into decision-ready narratives for executive and board audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at the C-suite level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with financial system implementations and integrations, specifically NetSuite and Float Financial.
  • Proficiency with QBO, NetSuite, Float, Procurify, HubSpot, Open Code (Claude), and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the annual budgeting process, multi-year strategic planning, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and refine enterprise-wide P&L structures, balance sheet forecasts, and dynamic cash flow models.
  • Draft and own executive-level financial memos, board reporting packages, and capital planning materials.
  • Evaluate new business initiatives, strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities, and product launches through rigorous scenario analysis.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to cross-functional stakeholders and department heads to drive alignment.
  • Collaborate with parent company CCG and sister companies to develop enterprise-wide FP&A best practices and standardized reporting.
  • Oversee data integrity, financial close accuracy, and the adoption of AI-assisted automation for financial reporting.
  • Mentor and coach finance team members to support professional development and technical growth.
