Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive finance experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Demonstrated experience owning financial consolidation processes across business units or entities.
- Elite proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for building complex, scalable models.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to interface with C-suite executives.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to challenge assumptions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, or MBA) are a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as a core financial advisor to executive leadership and department heads, translating metrics into strategic insights.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end financial consolidation process across multiple entities.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Build, maintain, and scale robust three-statement financial models, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline budget processes and track KPIs.
- Identify trends and uncover opportunities to optimize cash flow and profitability.
