- 5+ years of clinical practice experience; 3+ years of clinical leadership experience
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, or relevant subspecialty.
- Licensure in good standing.
- ABOM certification or strong eligibility/commitment to become ABOM-certified.
- 5+ years of clinical practice experience.
- 3+ years of clinical leadership experience in a scaled, multi-state telehealth or large virtual/hybrid practice.
- Proven ability to lead through influence in a cross-functional environment.
- Exceptional people leadership skills with a track record of developing diverse clinical teams.
- Commitment to clinician wellness, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale clinical operations across physicians, APPs, dietitians, and clinical support teams, ensuring outstanding, evidence-based care and a superlative patient experience.
- Own clinical operating performance, including SLAs, capacity, utilization, multi-state workforce planning, and operational efficiency.
- Set clinical operations strategy and drive practice transformation in collaboration with the COO, CMO, and Executive Leadership Team.
- Provide strategic guidance to Product, Engineering, and Operations on tools and features that impact clinicians and patients.
- Lead, coach, and develop clinical leaders and managers, building scalable leadership infrastructure and promoting clinician wellness.
- Represent Form Health’s clinical organization externally and support Sales and Marketing with clinical narratives.
- Maintain a very small longitudinal patient panel.
