Requirements
- 5+ years of Analytics experience, preferably supporting product or marketing.
- Experience designing experiments or measurement frameworks, calculating sample sizes, and analyzing results with statistical methods.
- Strong statistics foundation: hypothesis testing, p-values, confidence intervals, Type I and Type II errors, and statistical power.
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as Databricks, BigQuery, dbt, Amplitude, Tableau, and Braze.
- AI tool fluency with interest in building agents and automation.
- Understanding of user behavior, customer psychology, and product/marketing metrics.
- Strategic mindset to challenge experiment designs and advocate for correct metrics.
- Ability to communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and marketing teams to design A/B tests, measure campaign incrementality, determine sample sizes and duration, analyze results with statistical rigor, and translate findings into decisions.
- Investigate anomalies, validate tracking, segment results, and determine whether unexpected outcomes are signal or noise.
- Monitor performance, campaign results, and engagement patterns to identify opportunities and flag issues proactively.
- Connect metrics to customer outcomes, focusing on leading and lagging indicators that drive business value.
- Work with cross-functional teams to establish priorities, including new infrastructure and tool building to scale measurement capabilities.
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, generate code, automate repetitive work, and contribute to agent-based workflows.
