Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with reporting and visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard development, reporting enhancements, and data visualization techniques.
- Familiarity with data languages and database tools such as SQL, DAX, M Code, or Oracle.
- Ability to interpret complex data and transform findings into clear business recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience developing business insights, performance reports, or analytical models.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work independently.
- Claims or insurance industry experience is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze moderately complex datasets by collecting, cleaning, organizing, and interpreting information to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Influence business strategy by delivering meaningful insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards using advanced visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Establish, document, and communicate best practices related to data retrieval, manipulation, quality, reporting, and analytics.
- Monitor business initiatives against key performance indicators and communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership.
- Translate technical analytics outputs into accessible insights for stakeholders without technical backgrounds.
- Present project updates, reporting solutions, and analytical recommendations clearly to teams and management.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver reporting products aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced analysts by sharing analytics expertise and best practices.
- Support the expansion of analytical capabilities across existing projects and business functions.
