Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter with a successful track record in sourcing and hiring for EPD roles.
- Previous experience recruiting and scaling an early-stage team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage candidates through the entire interview process including sourcing, pipeline updates, and interview coordination.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified passive candidates.
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve candidate closing processes.
- Enhance referral programs to maximize network-based hiring.
- Gather candidate feedback to drive improvements in recruitment processes and employer branding.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Refine interview loops, questions, and competencies to align with company values.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all recruitment activities.
