Requirements
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Proven experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Experience providing psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
- Comfort and proficiency practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency using electronic medical records (EMR) for efficient documentation.
- Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.
- Collaborative approach to team-based care.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous clinical development.
Responsibilities
- Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care to patients with conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Participate in an integrated care model with in-house psychiatrists and therapists.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and clinical record-keeping within an electronic medical records (EMR) system.
