Experience: 3 years post-graduate clinical experience

Requirements

Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority in Kentucky
Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care
Proficiency in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management
Experience providing psychoeducation and supportive therapy
Comfort and proficiency practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model
Proficiency using electronic medical records (EMR) for clinical documentation
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Commitment to evidence-based practice and team-based care

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning
Provide medication management and ongoing patient follow-up sessions
Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy
Maintain accurate and efficient clinical documentation within the EMR
Collaborate within an integrated care model with in-house psychiatrists and therapists
