Requirements

- Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or a related commercial role is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Good negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using digital tools, customer management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying new opportunities, following up with prospects, and contributing to revenue growth.
- Manage customer interactions and ensure a high-quality experience throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to prepare proposals, presentations, and business updates.
- Participate in customer meetings, market engagement activities, and sales planning discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities using internal systems.
- Contribute insights from customer conversations and market feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Support the execution of sales strategies and initiatives to strengthen market presence.
