  • Strong ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience developing full-funnel paid social strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Proven leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence decision-making, manage competing priorities, and navigate evolving client needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability to changing platforms and market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid social strategy across complex, multi-channel accounts to support demand generation and business growth.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Snap, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor for key clients, translating business goals into actionable roadmaps and measurement frameworks.
  • Own paid social performance, forecasting, budget management, and KPI delivery.
  • Develop and maintain operational standards, quality assurance practices, and platform best practices.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and impactful presentations.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for campaign performance and execution issues.
  • Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and provide clear recommendations.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop high-performing paid social teams.
