- Deep expertise with paid social platforms including Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and Reddit.
- Strong ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience developing full-funnel paid social strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proven leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence decision-making, manage competing priorities, and navigate evolving client needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability to changing platforms and market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Lead paid social strategy across complex, multi-channel accounts to support demand generation and business growth.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Snap, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
- Serve as a strategic advisor for key clients, translating business goals into actionable roadmaps and measurement frameworks.
- Own paid social performance, forecasting, budget management, and KPI delivery.
- Develop and maintain operational standards, quality assurance practices, and platform best practices.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and impactful presentations.
- Act as a senior escalation point for campaign performance and execution issues.
- Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and provide clear recommendations.
- Mentor, coach, and develop high-performing paid social teams.
