Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in paid media, with deep expertise in paid social strategy, buying, optimization, measurement, and client leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience across Meta and TikTok, with additional experience in platforms such as Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X.
- Experience managing six- to seven-figure monthly paid media budgets.
- Background in supporting ecommerce and/or CPG brands with aggressive acquisition and growth goals.
- Full-funnel paid social experience across awareness, consideration, conversion, retention, creative testing, and measurement.
- Working knowledge of advanced measurement approaches such as incrementality testing, geo testing, brand lift, and media mix modeling.
- Ability to lead strategic client conversations, build trusted relationships, and navigate ambiguity.
- History of managing and developing direct reports.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Lead paid social strategy across a portfolio of client accounts, with responsibility for planning, execution, optimization, testing, measurement, and performance storytelling.
- Serve as a senior paid social partner to clients, including leading strategic conversations, performance readouts, and growth planning discussions.
- Develop full-funnel paid social strategies across brand awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
- Manage six- to seven-figure monthly media budgets across ecommerce, CPG, and retail accounts.
- Oversee paid social execution across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X.
- Manage, coach, and develop 4–6 direct reports, including performance management and career development.
- Partner with paid search, creative, analytics, and programmatic teams to identify cross-platform growth opportunities.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows and ad operations improvements to improve quality, speed, and scalability.
