Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns.
  • Strong command of major ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and meet performance targets.
  • Proficiency in building reports and working with performance metrics in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Clear written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and manage timelines with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook/Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other networks.
  • Develop media plans and set campaign structures to support growth and efficiency goals.
  • Analyze performance data and build actionable reports with budget pacing and KPI tracking.
  • Conduct account audits and provide recommendations for structure and targeting improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brief creative requirements and suggest optimizations.
  • Stay up to date on platform changes, policy updates, and industry trends.
