Responsibilities
- Submit eligible HVAC warranty claims through vendor portals following specific rules and documentation requirements.
- Process customer credit memos and vendor-related debits accurately within internal systems.
- Monitor daily and monthly claim submission goals to ensure operational targets are achieved.
- Research, investigate, and resolve claim discrepancies, rejected submissions, and payment-related issues.
- Maintain detailed tracking records for approved, denied, and pending warranty claims.
- Communicate regularly with internal branch teams, customers, and vendors to provide updates.
- Assist with customer and branch support related to warranty part returns and claim documentation.
- Reconcile vendor payments, customer credits, and outstanding discrepancies.
- Participate in team meetings, audits, special projects, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide additional support during peak periods, including overtime when required.
