Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and modern IT/system architectures
- Professional experience in Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales
- Deep understanding of sales cycles, value-based selling, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to drive deals to closure in a consultative environment
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level or native proficiency)
- Fluent in one additional language from the region
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and team events
- Comfortable crafting sample code or custom demonstrations
Responsibilities
- Map customer requirements to the Camunda product portfolio
- Position the business value of Camunda to prospects
- Develop individual evaluation plans and custom demos
- Conduct product demos and technical Q&A sessions
- Support the completion of RFI and RFP documents
- Team with Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies
- Organize and execute pre-sales engagements
- Implement code snippets for demonstrations
- Create and maintain technical artifacts
