Requirements
- Active independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC/LMHC, or Psychologist).
- Qualified to provide clinical supervision to associate or pre-licensed clinicians.
- Demonstrated experience and cultural competence delivering affirming care to LGBTQ+ clients.
- 8+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health.
- Experience supervising licensed and/or pre-licensed clinicians.
- Strong background in clinical documentation, quality standards, and performance oversight.
- Skilled at balancing accountability, support, and relationship-building with clinical teams.
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth virtual environment.
- Experience in virtual behavioral health or telehealth is preferred.
- Licensure in DC, MD, or VA is a plus; willingness to pursue these licenses is welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Own the quality framework, chart review cadence, outcome tracking, and treatment fidelity across the team.
- Manage the supervision structure and external supervision partnership, providing direct supervision during transitions.
- Lead onboarding, coaching, and clinician development with a focus on LGBTQ+ clinical care.
- Support provider productivity, scheduling, documentation workflows, and EMR usage.
- Manage crisis and risk protocols, treatment planning for complex cases, and clinical policy.
- Ensure fidelity to the Trauma Journal and Written Exposure Therapy protocol.
- Partner with the Medical Director and Psychiatry team to develop and scale the care model.
- Strengthen communication, accountability, and consistency within the clinical team.
