Responsibilities
- Coordinate recurring and ad hoc meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions across multiple project workstreams.
- Support project teams by maintaining timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring important activities remain on schedule.
- Manage meeting documentation, including notes, action items, decisions, and ownership tracking.
- Maintain organized records of open items, project updates, and key decisions.
- Support participant logistics, communications, and operational coordination for project activities.
- Monitor communication channels, track questions, and ensure information is shared with stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, metrics, and tracking materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance with organizational processes.
