Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, commercial operations, revenue strategy, or product-led growth.
- At least 5 years of experience managing a team.
- Direct experience setting and operationalizing pricing for usage-based or consumption-based business models.
- End-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) experience for new products or major SKUs.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs across Product, Finance, Legal, and Engineering.
- Strong commercial analytics skills including modeling, sensitivity analysis, and elasticity views.
- Fluency in SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and its rule/approval logic.
- Marketplace operations experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead pricing strategy and packaging architecture in partnership with Product and Finance.
- Define commercial architecture, including discount governance, approval logic, and automated controls for deal structures.
- Operate the commercial review function, managing non-standard deals and exception workflows.
- Drive the platform roadmap and build out Q2C and CPQ automation with Revenue Engineering.
- Manage marketplace operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including transactions and co-sell motions.
- Lead commercial readiness for new products, ensuring infrastructure for sellability is built before launch.
- Manage and develop the Commercial Strategy & Operations team to scale with the business.
