Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data annotation and quality assurance.
- Experience reviewing and calibrating the work of other annotators.
- Experience with Encord or equivalent enterprise annotation platforms (e.g., CVAT, Labelbox, SuperAnnotate).
- Proficiency with complex 2D/3D annotation techniques, including bounding boxes, polygons, and masks.
- Exceptional attention to detail in identifying and adjudicating edge cases within video datasets.
- Ability to define and document defensible quality standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across teams to define and establish quality goals and standards.
- Curate and maintain critical benchmark datasets to serve as ground truth.
- Develop and update training materials and certification tests for annotator onboarding.
- Monitor performance drift and manage quality metrics and scoring models.
- Conduct rigorous, double-blind quality audits of computer-vision datasets.
- Execute high-priority production labeling for critical needs.
