Requirements
- BA/BS degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
- Ability to travel up to 90% anywhere in the US.
- Capability to conduct periodic site visits for quality assurance and safety.
- Professionalism in attire and communication for site and meeting environments.
- Attendance at an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of inspectors reviewing construction contractors’ workmanship, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain a list of all defects, omissions, and Non-Conformance Notices.
- Monitor contractors’ quality programs for plan conformance throughout construction.
- Notify the client of test failures and provide input for corrective actions.
- Perform Punchlist oversight and participate in Zero Defect walkthroughs.
- Report critical issues to the Construction Management Lead with proposed resolutions.
- Conduct periodic site visits for quality assurance, safety compliance, and project tracking.
- Coordinate client outage and shutdown procedures.
