Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7–10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, software testing, or related technology disciplines.
- 5+ years of proven leadership or people management experience.
- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or formalizing QA teams or functions.
- Experience managing hybrid onshore/offshore delivery models.
- Strong background in enterprise software testing, preferably within insurance technology environments.
- Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies, testing lifecycles, defect management, and quality governance.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration.
- Experience with insurance platforms such as Insurity or Guidewire is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business objectives and delivery models.
- Build and mature QA operating models, methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Establish scalable QA processes that support hybrid onshore and offshore delivery environments.
- Lead, coach, and develop QA teams through performance management and mentoring.
- Oversee QA deliverables including test strategies, plans, execution, and defect management.
- Partner with project managers and technical teams to align QA activities with project timelines.
- Evaluate and implement QA tools, automation frameworks, and CI/CD integration.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and client teams to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
