Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science or comparable degree program.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Node.js.
- Experience with TypeScript and modern frameworks like Next.js.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control using Git.
- Understanding of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience or interest in low-code/no-code solutions.
- Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced, and high-expectation startup environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional collaboration.
- Alignment with company mission regarding sustainability and social justice.
Responsibilities
- Support software research, development, testing, and implementation projects.
- Collaborate on the NextGen SDLC Project using ShadCN, Tailwind CSS, Next.js, and Cursor IDE.
- Conduct research and implement new technology using AI tools to support leadership decision-making.
- Write and debug code for feature development and troubleshoot software issues.
- Integrate 3rd-party APIs and toolsets.
- Attend developer meetings and participate in code reviews and quality assurance.
