Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master facilitating multiple delivery teams.
- Fluency in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Hands-on experience with Jira.
- Comfort working within technical engineering environments such as software, SRE/DevOps, or ML/data science.
- Experience in fast-scaling startups is a plus.
- Programmatic advertising or ad-tech industry experience is a plus.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Administer Jira sprint cycles and manage flow for Kanban teams with WIP limits.
- Remove impediments and escalate cross-team dependencies.
- Monitor and analyze team health metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and WIP.
- Coach teams and Product Owners on agile practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Protect developers from scope churn and internal distractions.
