Requirements

- At least 2 years of professional experience.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver testable, user-friendly features.
- Experience building responsive or mobile-first web experiences.
- Experience converting design mockups into functional components.
- Experience building features with observability and testing in mind.
- Experience incorporating performance and accessibility into features.
- Ability to write well-documented and readable code.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of initiatives by breaking down complex features into tasks and managing risks.
- Build moderately complex features and components with minimal support.
- Take ownership of bug fixes and production issues with clear communication.
- Design features with observability and testing as a core consideration.
- Support team alignment and coordinate work with cross-functional partners.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning.
- Contribute to onboarding, documentation, and team-level hiring efforts.
