Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, either in-house or within an agency environment.
- Experience building websites using platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, GoHighLevel, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and Google Business Profile.
- Understanding of SEO, local search optimization, and landing page best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and projects in an organized manner.
- Comfortable learning new software, AI tools, and evolving marketing technologies.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Create, launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment.
- Manage keyword strategies, campaign structures, bidding approaches, landing page recommendations, and ongoing performance analysis.
- Build, launch, and maintain customer websites using supported website platforms, ensuring strong usability and lead-generation capabilities.
- Configure website forms, tracking tools, SEO fundamentals, integrations, and analytics systems to support marketing performance.
- Analyze campaign and customer data to identify opportunities, recommend improvements, and drive better outcomes.
- Partner directly with customers to understand their goals, communicate results, and provide marketing guidance.
- Develop scalable processes and leverage new marketing tools, AI solutions, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
