Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or business analysis roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, cost allocation, and reporting principles.
  • Experience working with data analysis, financial models, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex information, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with Technology and Finance teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools, enterprise systems, or cost management platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work within deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Support the technology recharge process by ensuring accurate calculations, reporting, and communication of recharge outputs.
  • Maintain and enhance recharge models by validating data inputs and ensuring consistency across systems.
  • Act as a point of contact for recharge-related questions, including calculations, invoices, and allocation methodologies.
  • Support data collection, validation, and analysis across Technology and Finance teams.
  • Assist with cost allocation analysis across products, platforms, and services.
  • Support journal preparation, invoicing activities, and month-end recharge processes.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities by reviewing submissions and validating inputs.
  • Prepare month-end reporting, including actuals analysis, variance reviews, and supporting commentary.
  • Track headcount and staff cost inputs used in recharge calculations.
  • Support documentation and improvement of recharge processes and governance frameworks.
