Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in resource management, PMO support, project coordination, or a similar operational role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience in MIS reporting and Power BI dashboards.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with resource management, staffing, or workforce planning tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate resource staffing requests and support the timely deployment and redeployment of employees.
  • Monitor resource availability, bench status, and upcoming project roll-offs.
  • Maintain and update resource allocation systems, dashboards, and MIS reports.
  • Prepare utilization reports, capacity planning, and resource status updates.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to manage resource plans and billing info.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings, deployment discussions, and governance reviews.
  • Validate and monitor timesheets and project documentation like SOWs.
  • Maintain centralized project documentation, including charters, MoMs, and RACI matrices.
