Requirements
- Power BI development experience, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and report automation.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Copilot AI experience is highly valued.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate.
- ERP system experience, preferably SAP.
- CRM system experience, preferably Salesforce.
- Understanding of inventory controls, demand/supply management, and accounting principles.
- Experience with manufacturing facilities and processes is a plus (ODM, CM, etc.).
- Confidence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Professional and approachable demeanor.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and maintain reports in Excel and Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain analytics dashboards in Power BI.
- Create Power Query transformations to clean, shape, and integrate data from multiple systems.
- Write DAX code and calculations to support Power BI reporting.
- Configure and implement Power Automate workflows to streamline reporting, alerts, and recurring processes.
- Leverage Copilot AI to accelerate report creation, generate insights, and support data exploration.
- Measure and report KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and supply performance.
