Requirements
- 5+ years of retirement plan related experience.
- 2–5 years of industry-related sales or consulting experience preferred.
- Must possess a valid relevant securities license.
- Must be licensed to allow registration as an IAR of OneDigital Investment Advisors.
- Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated discipline maintaining client and pipeline information in a CRM; Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work and make decisions independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
- Business travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the relationship owner for an assigned book of clients, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and relationship health.
- Design and implement retirement plan structures and provide guidance on benchmarking, investment menus, and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Develop and execute client relationship strategies tailored to individual goals and plan objectives.
- Advise clients on regulatory and legislative developments, including ERISA compliance.
- Coordinate with internal specialists such as Investment Consultants and Employee Engagement Managers to deliver comprehensive client service.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development and cross-selling OneDigital service lines.
- Participate in industry events and prospect-facing engagements to build market presence.
