Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proven experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing and validating business solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative project environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience with SQL, data manipulation, ERP/CRM systems, financial industry projects, process mapping, or process improvement techniques is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support successful project delivery and solution implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to understand needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, documentation, and issue tracking.
- Contribute to Agile project methodologies by participating in planning sessions, reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in designing efficient business workflows.
- Maintain clear communication between business stakeholders and delivery teams throughout project lifecycles.
