Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in the energy industry.
- Proven experience in business development and client relationship management within the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of power delivery, transmission, distribution, and renewable energy market trends.
- Experience developing EPC projects and PMO engagements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead direct reports.
- Strong critical thinking, process orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Develop Power Delivery projects including Transmission (HVAC and HVDC), Distribution, Substation, BESS, and Renewable Energy projects.
- Develop Engineer, Procure, Construct (EPC) projects in the Power Delivery and Renewable Energy sectors.
- Develop Program Management Office (PMO) engagements including asset management and program controls.
- Achieve new and add-on business by developing and enhancing key client relationships.
- Lead client relationship development, capture planning, strategy, and proposal activities for a team of direct reports.
- Mentor and support the energy team to grow expertise in Power Delivery services.
- Collaborate with Client Service Managers to maintain a healthy pipeline of energy market opportunities.
- Communicate internally and report regularly on new business sales pipeline and opportunity tracking.
